Fall Ball 2025

Field Lacrosse Fall Ball Will be Back in 2026!

Please Check back for more information regarding 2026 Fall Ball. 

The league runs through September and will run every Sunday through October

The game format will be Sixes. Sixes is a non-contact, smaller area version of the game that is both fast-paced and accessible to new athletes and smaller rosters.

NOTE: Divisions are subject to change based on registration numbers.

Divisions:

• Senior Women's
• Senior Men's 
• U19 Women's 
• U17 Boys 
• U14 Boys 

Schedule:

NOTE: Schedule will NOT conflict with Winterhawks/Legends schedule. This program will provide a place for Winterhawks athletes to get gameplay in along with their Winterhawks training.

*Sr Women's and Men's are run at the same times on different fields.

Location:

All games are played at Sturgeon Heights Community Centre, 210 Rita St.
