The following are the coaching requirements for each level of play:
Coaches must have previous levels of certification before they can achieve the next.
Coaches at all levels are required to have valid certification in Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders.

All coaches in Canada are required to have completed the NCCP course Make Ethical Decisions
In addition, all coaches in Manitoba are required to be certified in Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders which must be renewed every 5 years.
Community Development clinics (Level 1) are offered in two parts:
•Part 1 - Core Clinic (only needs to be taken once and is good for all disciplines of lacrosse)
•Part 2 - Technical/Tactical Clinic (must be taken for each discipline of lacrosse that you are coaching)
