Team Manitoba Box Coaches Announced
Richard DeLaRonde and Marc Beghin to Lead Team Manitoba Pee Wee and Team Manitoba Bantam Respectively
The Manitoba Lacrosse Association is proud to announce the selection of Richard DeLaRonde for the position of Head Coach for Team Manitoba Pee Wee and Marc Beghin for the position of Head Coach for Bantam Team Manitoba.
DeLaRonde has been coaching lacrosse for the past eight years, which has enabled him to become well-versed in evaluating talent and developing young players within the context of the Long -Term Athlete Development Model. Last year, DeLaRonde was part of the Team Manitoba Pee Wee coaching staff which won the B-Side Gold in Whitby.
Beghin, who has led the Bantam program over the past three years, seeks to continue to grow the program for the next two years. His knowledge of lacrosse combined with the core belief of delivering a positive player experience while teaching the technicalities and intricacies of lacrosse has enabled him to build a productive program over the past few years.
The Manitoba Lacrosse Association looks forward to these two individuals leading our Team Manitoba Programs in the coming two years and representing the province of Manitoba at the CLA’s National Championships.
