The fall/winter program of Predator Lacrosse is an off season lacrosse training program that runs from mid-Sept to end of March early April.
The mandate of Predator Lacrosse is to focus on improving individual lacrosse skills and preparing athletes to take advantage of any lacrosse opportunities. The Senior program focuses on High School aged athletes, grades 9- 12, the Jr Predator program for athletes in grade 6-8.
Our motto is Be Better, better athlete, better lacrosse player and better person on and off the field of play. Skills are transferable between box and field however we do lean towards the field game in lacrosse IQ. We have 10 certified field and a certified Athletic Therapist.
Our off season training is a combination of lacrosse specific physical training as well as drills, skills, small sided games.
We train at the U of M on the James Daly Fieldhouse. The facility is a rubberized flooring and indoor shoes are to be worn, not cleats. Training times are Sunday nights 7:30-9:30 PM for the Sr program.
